Record within 6 months after the date on which the labor was performed or his materials or services were furnished. Notify purchasers.

Step 2: Enforcement

Within 180 days days of filing lien, or within 180 days after the expiration of a credit, but no lien continues in force by reason of any agreement to give credit for a longer time than 1 year from the time the work is completed.
