First Furnishing States
| The following states trigger their notice to owner deadline off first furnishing. If MLBS is tracking your notice deadline updating last furnishing will not affect the time limit for serving a notice or allow MLBS to reset your follow up. In addition a few first furnishing states allow for a late notice which traps funds from the date the notice is served. See state Speed Bumps for details. | ||||
