Step 2: Suit Against Bond
  • Others: Within 1 year after last furnishing.
  • Subcontractors contracting directly with Prime Contractor: Within 1 year from the date that final payment was due.

Bond Bits

  • Contracts less than $50,000 are excluded from bond requirements.
