- Not contracting with the Owner: File lien within 3 months of last furnishing materials or services under a single contact.
- No lien will be effective for labor performed or materials or services furnished more than 2 years prior to the filing of the statement of lien in the Recorder's Office. Serve copy on the owner, notify purchasers.
