Serve owner and lender "Subcontractor's Notice of Intention to File Mechanic's Lien" within90 days of last furnishing.

Owner-occupied single-family residences: Serve owner and lender "Subcontractor's Notice of Intention to File Mechanic's Lien" within 90 days of last furnishing. File lien within 4 monthsfrom last furnishing. In addition Prime Contractors must provide written notice the Owner within 10 daysafter recording the mechanics lien.
Step 3: Foreclosure
Within 2 years after completion of contract or furnishings or within 30 days of receiving Notice to Commence Suit.
