Statute

Step 1: Notice
  • Non-Statutory: NACM recommends sending a non-statutory notice in conjunction with first furnishing.
  • Please note the very short window for lien.
Step 2: Lien
  • Within 60 days from the completion or abandonment of the contract or sub-contract.
Step 3: Foreclosure
  • Within 90 days from the filing of the claim of lien.
