Step 1: Lien
  • Commercial: Within 8 months of last furnishing. 
    Residential: Within 4 months of last furnishing for single family dwellings.
Step 2: Enforecement
  • Within 1 year of lien filing. Liens and single family houses may be extended an additional year by filing a notice of extension.
