Prime Contractor: File Notice of Commencement within 30 days of first furnishing.
Subs/Suppliers: Serve Notice of Furnishing Labor and Materials on the contractor as soon as possible to trap unpaid funds but not later than 60 daysafter the last furnishing.
Step 2: Lien
Within 120 daysof last furnishing.
Step 3: Foreclosure
Within6 yearsof last furnishing, or within 30 days after service of a written demand to commence suit to enforce lien.
