Statute

Step 1: Notice
  • Non-Statutory: NACM recommends sending a non-statutory notice within 45 days of last furnishing.

Step 2: Lien
  • Within 30 days from the completion.

Step 3: Foreclosure
  • Within 90 days after the work has been completed or materials or machinery furnished or wages earned or the expiry of the period of credit if that period is mentioned in the claim of lien.
