- Residential: Serve within 75 days of last furnishing.
- Commercial:
- Serve Notice of intent to lien: (Notice of intent not required when contracting direct with property owner)
- Within 75 days of last furnishing material, labor or services for claims less than $1,000.
- Within 120 days of last furnishing material, labor or services for claims more than $1,000 after last furnishing.
- File Lien within 6 months from last furnishing. Serve copy of statement of lien on the owner within 7 days after the statement is filed.
